Suggestion Awards
Lighthouse put its money where its mouth is. We encourage employees to make suggestions for improving company operations by saving money, making operations more efficient or effective or increasing revenue. In addition, the policy establishes a fair and equitable mechanism for assessing the potential value of each suggestion and to reward employees whose suggestions are approved for implementation.
Suggestion examples include: Friday Email, New Phone System.
Leads Generation
All employees are eligible to receive a 10% commission on leads brought into Lighthouse that materialize into a profitable project. Lead registration is a simple on-line process.
Employee / Contractor Referral Program
We are always looking for skilled, qualified people to fill open positions and you can help. Research has shown, and our own experience demonstrates that new hires that come into a company through employee referrals are excellent contributors, stay with the company longer and are a more cost effective recruit.
That's where you come in! If you know someone who would be a good addition to LCS and they meet the qualifications for an existing open requisition, it may be worth $1000 if you refer them for employment and they are hired!
