Night on the Town
Peer recognition. Employees nominate their co-workers for a “Night on the Town” Award presented twice a year during our Company Meeting. The nominating employee presents the $100 check to go “out on the town” in recognition and appreciation of activities and efforts that go "above and beyond the call of duty."
Lighthouse Teamwork Award
The Lighthouse Teamwork Award was created to recognize individuals who foster cooperation, collaboration and open communication. In creating this award we hope to encourage employees across the company to work together, to coordinate more activities emphasizing teamwork, and to create more opportunities for personal interaction and better communication among staff.
The Teamwork Award is accompanied by a check for $500 and a model of the F4U Corsair marine plane, the epitome of teamwork, collaboration and innovation.
