Night on the Town
The "Night on the Town" Award is a peer recognition program where employees nominate their co-workers for a $100 check to go "Out on the Town". The awards are given in recognition and appreciation of activities and efforts that go "above and beyond the call of duty." Nights on the Town are typically awared at company meetings but can be given at any time throuhgout the year.
Weekend on the Town
The Weekend on the Town Award is a $1000 check given in support of outstanding sales performance. Awards have been given for landing new customers, cross selling projects to existing accounts or overall quarter to quarter sales growth. The award is determined by our senior management staff and is accompanied by a letter to the recipients home with thanks to his/her spouse or significant other for the dedication and effort required for such an accomplishment.
Teamwork Award
The Lighthouse Teamwork Award was created to recognize individuals who foster cooperation, collaboration and open communication. The award encourages employees across the company to work together, to coordinate more activities emphasizing teamwork, and to create more opportunities for personal interaction and better communication among staff.
The Teamwork Award is accompanied by a check for $500 and a model of the F4U Corsair marine plane, the epitome of teamwork, collaboration and innovation.
