company communication

In an effort to keep our largely remote workforce connected, Lighthouse has implemented the following communication mechanisms:

Company Meetings

Although meetings have an informative flair they are structured to increase socialization throughout the organization. Typically, the sales and service organizations will meet in the morning then join the rest of the company for a group luncheon, company meeting and social hour. Employee participation is encouraged but not mandatory.

Employee Newsletter (The BEAM)

Emailed bi-monthly to highlight our employees, their interests, achievements, milestones, client successes, marketing events, HR happenings and social and charitable activities.
Company Conference Calls
Monthly conference calls occur to inform all employees of any new business, our progress toward goals, and welcoming new employees.
Surveys

Yearly surveys are conducted at Company Meetings to measure Employee Opinion and Satisfaction.  Survey results are documented and shared with all employees.  HR initiatives are based on improving survey categories that fall below 75%.
